Parent & Family Giving
UC Santa Barbara Parent & Family Giving creates a community of parent advocates who reinforce the importance of public education, the student experience, and the university as a whole. Funding from the state and tuition comprise only a part of your student's story. Over 10% of the student experience is funded by donors who are interested in not only maintaining, but also enriching student life at UC Santa Barbara.
Gifts to UC Santa Barbara support:

Where Everyone is Special
“The biggest thing that our kids learned — and the reason why we like UC Santa Barbara — is the diversity. Everyone at UC Santa Barbara is special. Caitlyn had five other roommates last year, all of different nationalities. They all experience different food and cultures and that everyone’s families are different, but they have the same goals. They talk and learn. All the kids stay at our home when they come to visit, and we learn a lot together.” —Crandal Jue
