Development Assistant, Gevirtz Graduate School of Education

Assists with all aspects of planning, analysis, implementation, and ongoing administration of the Development activities required to support a successful and complex Development Team (D-Team) in Gevirtz Graduate School of Education (GGSE). Provides administrative, fundraising and donor relations support and assists with strategic communications and outreach.

Development Analyst, Prospect Services

Under general supervision, serves as an analyst for the Prospect Services team in the Office of Development, supporting a complex and multifaceted program. Analyst reports to the Director, Prospect Management but serves all fundraisers within the fundraising unit for which they are assigned. The position primarily supports the fundraising units of Student Affairs and College of Creative Studies ("CCS") but is a central resource providing support to other units as needed.

Programs Coordinator, Office of Alumni Affairs

The Programs Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of Alumni Association programs, numerous regional events, and the All-Gaucho Reunion. The Programs Coordinator must work collaboratively across multiple departments and divisions including the central development office as well as with the various schools and units with the intention of building program partners, increasing capacity and use of the Gaucho Network, and recruiting participants for alumni/student activities intended to foster philanthropy and engagement.

Development Coordinator, Intercollegiate Athletics

The Development Coordinator for the Intercollegiate Athletics team in the Office of Development, serves as the analyst supporting a complex and multifaceted program and supporting all fundraisers within the unit. Coordinator reports to the Deputy Athletic Director, Development, maintaining a dotted line for general supervision to the Directors of Prospect Management and Development Research as it relates to research and prospect management processes. Provides leadership for analytical functions that support the strategic goals, initiatives, and projects as outlined by the Deputy Athletics Director of Development, leading toward philanthropic support from individuals, foundations, and organizations.

Assistant Director, Donor Acknowledgement & Recognition Programs

The Assistant Director of Donor Acknowledgement and Recognition Programs ("Assistant Director") oversees gift acknowledgements and recognition, and manages donor recognition societies and donor retention programs. They provide expert writing, analytical, strategic planning, project management and proactive department support for DRS.

Development Assistant- Regional Giving

The Development Assistant(s) serves as the primary initial contact for two or more Directors of Development (hereafter referred to as "the Directors") and works as part of a team of administrative staff, managed by the Development Services Officer to provide essential administrative and financial support that is critical to the successful operation of a complex fund-raising program. Assists the Directors with all aspects of analysis, planning and implementation strategies for the Regional Team, to support the University's overall mission by securing support from private donors (individuals, foundations and corporations).
