The Fund for Academic Excellence allows UC Santa Barbara to provide crucial support for teaching and learning across the campus. Under the direction of the Executive Vice Chancellor, the Fund is used to seed innovation, inspire new pedagogical approaches, and invest in critical infrastructural needs. Gifts support academic innovations, classroom enhancements, enhanced teaching and learning environments, expanded instructional labs, new educational technologies, and interdisciplinary coursework. Supporting the Fund for Academic Excellence helps us to support our faculty in their dedicated efforts to support student success.
