The Roger C. Wood Endowment in the College of Engineering's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) was established by a group of alumni and friends as a vehicle for honoring and recognizing Roger Wood's contributions to their lives and to the UC Santa Barbara campus. Through his sustained accomplishments in research, service, teaching, and advising, Professor Wood stands out for his instrumental efforts in building the College of Engineering and Department of ECE into some of the best in the country. This Fund facilitates named scholarships and graduate fellowships, helps equip and supply cutting-edge teaching facilities, and provides faculty support.
